This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as the pages requested and the time of the request) to keep the site running and secure.
Booking a ride
When you choose “Book a ride”, you leave this website and go to our online request page, run by FleetMark, our booking software. The request page has its own privacy terms, shown on that page. Anything you enter there is handled under those terms, not by this website.

You can also call or email us. Please don’t send medical details by email. If we need them to plan your ride, we will ask by phone.
